“The recipient of these flowers thought they were very luxurious and in good condition. There seemed to be some confusion about the day for delivery but this didn't affect the condition, fortunately.”

“The order process was very easy , and the flowers were very happily received and they said they were very unusual and beautiful. My only gripe would be that I was told I would be sent a email link to track the order, on the delivery day this still hadn’t happened so I had to contact Haute customer service. Your reply was prompt so that was good . Overall good service.”

“Lovely flowers, packaged beautifully and delivered on time. The small bunch was an ok size but would probably upgrade next time for a more impressive bunch. Good value considering that they are being delivered and you regularly receive discount vouchers.”

“Everything went to plan, delivery was as promised and the recipient was very pleased with her flowers. From the photograph she sent I was a little disappointed that the flowers were not in bud but fully out. I hope they last more than a few days as they look lovely on the first day.”
