“Flowers arrived a day late when I had requested next day delivery. Despite the tracking info, I know that there was no delivery attempted. Customer services were very unhelpful. Flowers were withered on arrival, which is no surprise as they were late. I will not be using this company again.”

“The flowers were sensational and thoroughly admired and enjoyed by all at the birthday party. Many photographs were taken and I'm sure you will hear from some of the guests. The beautiful box of chocolates were also a source of pleasure.”

“Haute are my preferred florist and not had any problems from them. Although I would prefer that they do not use Royal Mail (due to issues with other suppliers using them), on this occassion there were no issues, even with a Sunday delivery. Will definately use them again.”
