“I bought the "serenity" bunch of flowers fkr my fiancee and was worried as this was a very big bunch of mixed flowers that there would be the odd flower that would be "on its way out" as i have bought from various suppliers in the past. . I can honestly say that these were probably the best array of flowers I have ever bought . My Fiancee agreed (as all other colleagues ar her work where I had delivered to) agreed also. . Simply exceptional!!! 10/10.”

“Flowers lovely and nicely presented. Delivery received on whole good but one gerbera head broken and a few twigs. Tissue paper can be used to prevent this. Parcel was left on top doorstep preventing door from opening.”

“Ordered a lovely bunch to my sister in Nottingham as I live in Kent. When buying flowers online, you don't always recieve what you see in the image online. My sister sent me a message and they are beautiful, exactly as advertised and were delivered in water. I would 100% recommend Haute and have just purchased another bunch for another family member.”

“The worst flowers I have ever received. I sent photos immediately after delivery, the roses were virtually dead. The reply was stereo type. A day later I sent 3 more photos. The roses were well and truly dead. Another stereo type ridiculous reply. I would most certainly never ever recommend your flowers to anyone. I am a trained florist of many years experience who ran/owned a successful business doing work for large companies. Eg. Rolls Royce.”

“Flowers arrived a day late when I had requested next day delivery. Despite the tracking info, I know that there was no delivery attempted. Customer services were very unhelpful. Flowers were withered on arrival, which is no surprise as they were late. I will not be using this company again.”
