“I was extremely dissapointed that the flowers werent delivered in time for the recipient. They were a stunning bunch but unfortunatley they could not be gifted.”

“As per my positive review on Trust Pilot, I found the Haute Florist website very easy to navigate, there was an amazing selection of both flowers and plants, I particularly was in need of a white Phalaenopsis Bellissimo Moth Orchid, as a thank you gift for my dear Sister-in-law, the one I chose suited my pocket and was infact on sale with a reduction, so I went ahead and made my purchase. Both plant and card were delivered successfully and my Sister-in-law was delighted with what she received, from the photograph that she sent me. To my amazement my choice had been generously up-graded again and it was a super surprise for me! I would definately always choose to use Haute Florist in the future for their superb quality, choice, reliability and fantastic value the four major concerns for most customers buying a floral gift. Once again my sincere thanks for a job well done to all invoved at Haute Florist.”

“Avoid! They offer next day delivery however in reality this does not happen, dismissive customer service team and extremely poor quality flowers, certainly not as described.”

“Flowers turned up great. Delivery by Royal Mail was poor. Person receiving didn’t know they had been delivered until the nxt day as no one chapped or rang their door to say they were there. And I had to check where they had been left!”

“Sent flowers to my sister who just gave birth and both were so impressed with the delivery, package, flower conditions upon arrival and the specification was excellent. Would highly recommend to use Haute again. You don't find many florist you can rely on but 10/10 * for Haute.”
