“I have only received a photo of the Orchid delivered to my friends but it looks lovely. The only thing was i coulnt see any updates on the royal mail tracking fron 06.15 am on the day of delivery. I started to panic around 3pm as nothing updated and no word from my friends that it had arrived. It was delivered ok but tracking needs updating more frequently. I will definitely use your servive again though.”

“Ordered flowers and three of the extra gifts (g+t, chocolates & a candle) for my daughter’s birthday. I live in New Zealand and she’s in London. I had the bouquet and extras delivered to her work to surprise her. Absolutely amazing service and products! I had to change the delivery day last minute due to her being out of London last minute and this was dealt with so easily, even from the other side of the world! Highly recommend Haute florists. Exceptional in every way.”
