“Delivered on the day requested for a new home gift. My daughter said she thinks they are the best flowers she has ever received so thank you very much. I ordered the 'large' option and I did message customer services for reassurance of the size, twice, but had no response unfortunately that's why only 4 stars. Needn't have worried though as they were beautiful.”

“Sunday delivery worked awesome. The flowers looked great - even if I expected the large bunch of flowers to be a bit more spectacular. But over all everything was good and I would definitely recommend it and will order again.”

“Easy to order as a birthday gift. Recipient was very pleased and the flowers looked very much like the website. Only negative when ordering was the bunch was automatically upgraded to the next size, so you have to be careful if this isn't what you want”

“Although my first bunch of flowers were not to a high standard and some were dead.. I was sent a full replacement with no hassle and were lovely Didn't reply to my email though so needed to ring”

“Was pleased to be given notice of when to expect the flowers and the approximate arrival time. However I was very disappointed when I was notified that the flowers had arrived but Was not informed that the flowers were left with a neighbour and no explanation given. when I checked with my friend she had not received the flowers. All ended well and The neighbour did drop the flowers to my friends Later. She was very pleased with the beautiful bunch”

“Stunning flowers and great service once you've managed to check out. Terrible check-out experience - bugs in the address part of the form even when had used address lookup and check-out user journey is awful and needs completely reviewing. Over-complicated, non-intuitive user journey which almost put me off using the site. It was trial and error and luck that I ended up being able to complete the check-out process.”

“Easy to order and arrived promptly. Mum was thrilled with the flowers and in the photos she sent they do look stunning. My only comment is that I thought there would be more stems as the post looked quite sparse - I ordered the medium not small size.”
