“I received my two bouquet last week but both arrived damaged I contacted haute florist and spoke to an agent called Mia she then sent out two new bouquets and I received them today and they are beyond stunning I couldn’t be more happy with the bouquets thank you Haute florist.”

“Had ordered them as a pick me up for my cousin who we haven’t been able to visit due to COVID restrictions. Updated all through the process regards delivery which was on the day agreed and Royal Mail followed my delivery instructions leaving them in a nominated place, I have received an email from my cousin “thrilled by the beautiful bouquet” I have no reason to think he was just being polite and that it was genuine response.I obviously have no photographic evidence of the bouquet and unless offered do not feel comfortable asking him for one.”

“I discovered your site through Good Housekeeping's Online review of flowers online. Haut came out top so I thought I’d try your services out for myself. I am giving you a rating of 4 as the website is great and easy to use. If the flowers when delivered are up to the websites standard then I’d definitely give 5”

“It was a present so hard to tell how fresh the flowers were but the picture my friend sent looked good. Was a little concerned that Royal Mail was used to deliver and that might deter me next time as they are somewhat erratic in their deliveries. However they did arrive on time. Not sure there were as many flowers as indicated at order?”

“Arrived on time, as promised, well packed. My first order with Haute, the flowers were very poor, and I submitted a complaint, with supporting photographs. A new replacement bunch was promised, and a £15 voucher offered off my next order. The replacement bunch arrived today, and was off excellent quality. The promised voucher has also been received. So, a poor initial experience, but every effort was made to put matters right.”

“The flowers were gratefully received and were obviously beautiful. BUT your system seems unable to distinguish between the SENDER and RECIPIENT. I am the sender and shouldn't be emailed as if I am the recipient! Hence I can't answer the questions below!”
