“The bouquet we received today was lovely. However, this was a third after two disappointing bunches of sunflowers. For some reason the system doesn’t work for sunflowers but this current bouquet of roses, lilies, etc looks great”

“A surprise bouquet for sisters birthday. The customer service was really helpful. Unfortunately roses were brown, box was wet, what looked like would have been a lovely bouquet destroyed by the courier it seems. Also calla lilies were white instead of pink as per photo . I would try again as basic selection for flowers exquisite. Customer service fully rectified matters. Thank you.”
