“Bouquet arrived on time & was jam-packed with good quality blooms. The box was well packed & no damaged flowers unlike a previous order we had with Waitrose. A little pricey but overall I would use Haute Florists again.”

“Arrived the date I requested for my mums birthday. Lovely that they arrive like an aqua bouquet in a bag not just stems in a box like some online flower companies. Gorgeous bouquet of with different style tropical flowers, my mum loved them, next time I would probably pay £5 more for a large bouquet as medium still a little small, but other that that no complaints, will use Haute Florist again. Thank you”

“Got my gran some flowers for her birthday and she seemed very happy with them, and said they were well protected and arrived in good condition. She's not too tech savvy, so I haven't seen a photo or anything myself but as long as she's pleased. :)”

“The flowers are great and the website has a nice modern selection which is refreshing however I spent extra money for a large bouquet and have ended up with one looking smaller than the image (medium)”

“After reading reviews not on Hautes' website I was concerned that I had made a terrible mistake in ordering from them. My concerns however were unfounded as the flowers are beautiful & my daughter was thrilled. Would have liked tracking / delivery updates though as didn't know they were actually on their way until they arrived. Thank you. xxx”

“Delivery and packaging was very good. Flowers fresh and vibrant although only saw a photo The boquet didn't seem to be quite as abundant as the one shown on the website, however they were lovely”

“The flowers were fantastic. Delayed because of the lock-down, but no avoiding that! The only thing that was slightly annoying was the website didn't seem to accept punctuation in the message. Fix that and I would have rated Very Good. Will definitely use again.”

“My mum was so pleased with the bouquet. She sent a photograph and the roses were lovely and although they are now depleted , 10days on, the lilies are now in bloom and she says they are beautiful. Like having a new bouquet as the other foliage is still looking good. Will buy from Haute again.”

“The flowers and arrangement were beautiful. They were delivered on the day as planned, in a gift bag. The only thing I'd slightly quibble, was the amount of flowers. They were adequete, but it was smaller than I expected. Especially considering I paid for a large bunch. Nevertheless, I'd happily use again :)”

“Sent Flowers to a Friend so did not see them in person but arrive safely I gather and she is pleased with the Flowers . Not quite sure though why I got communication to say the they were being delivered in Wednesday 25th March and not Thursday 26th as requested so felt I then had to contact Friend to warn her that they were arriving a day earlier than her Birthday which rather spoilt the surprise !”

“Thank you, yes the flowers were very nice. My mother loved them, I would say pricing was more expensive than interflora as with a large bunch of flowers she usually can fill a second smaller vase, but overall pleased”
