Flowers were ordered for delivery on my mum’s birthday and didn’t arrive until two days later despite the order being within the specified timelines for the delivery date and location. The flowers were sadly going brown and wilting, having done a detour to Northern Ireland on the way to Scotland. Such a poor experience and so disappointing having ordered successfully the previous week for a friend. I’ve tried to contact the company but no one has had the courtesy to reply to my emails. It’s unfortunate the value of a repeat customer is not recognised. I wouldn’t recommend, especially if you need the delivery to arrive on a specific date.

Absolutely beautiful flowers, smelt divine and very elegantly packaged. Lovely coloured roses which I couldn’t find anywhere else. Perfect anniversary gift. Would definitely recommend and buy again. Probably the best flowers I’ve ever ordered.

I ordered my flowers last minute on Saturday to be delivered Monday for a birthday surprise. They delivered as promised, the flowers were beautiful I was told by the birthday girl. I'm very happy with the service they provided. I would recommend them. 👏

The flowers were not fresh and really disappointing as they were for my birthday, they are now in the bin as they were dead within two days of receiving them. They were sent by me daughter and cost her a lot of money. I have not let her know because I know she will be devastated. I will not be using your shop again. Barbara Bailey.

Easy service and delivery was very prompt, quite disappointed with the flowers, I paid extra for the medium size and the bouquet is TINY I’d be interested to know what the standard size looks like, the flowers are half dead and are already turning brown on the edges. There is some gorgeous buds dotted about however the bouquet is looking very sad! Bought these as a birthday present and my mum was sad at the dying flowers. Not worth the £40 spent 😭

The flowers and gift were beautiful. However the delivery could have been more transparent as they could have tried to deliver when I wanted. My sister didn't get her present for two days as she was away.

I would leave no stars if I could! Ordered 2 x bouquets for next day delivery, for two in recovery from cancer, wanted to brighten their days, flowers were broken on arrival and wilted within couple of days, refused any refund because you have to let them know within 3 days, well people don't call you and say thank you for spending over £100's on flowers for me, sorry they are totally rubbish don't use that company again!!! I am embarrassed beyond belief. And think company procedure is disgusting. They promote "Luxury Fresh Flowers" and this is false. Avoid this company, I have had 3 x bad experiences now. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE LET THEM KNOW WITHIN THREE DAYS! I plan on sharing my review everywhere I can. I am so angry.

The flowers look nothing like the picture I spent £50 on a medium summer bunch of flowers. I received them yesterday and some were squashed and shrivelled. I complained and sent pictures they reviewed the pictures and said nothing wrong with them but pictures sometimes don’t look the same as live. It was definitely a smaller bunch than what I paid for. It was for my daughter’s birthday. They offered a voucher as goodwill but that’s not the point I wanted what I paid for. I didn’t need a refund I would have preferred them to send a new bunch of flowers but they refused. On top of that Royal Mail delivered it and left them with the concierge and not delivered to my door. Why would you do that for god sake. Never again
