“We sent flowers to our friend on Saturday morning. We chose ‘Country Wild Garden’. (HF115). She telephoned to thank us and say, how delighted she was with the flowers, also how fresh and well they were presented in the packaging. It made her day. Which made us very happy indeed. Well Done Haute! I’ve received and sent many of these flowers now and Never been disappointed! I highly recommend Prestige Gifting /Haute Flowers.”

“Hello. Your service was outstanding, easy to order and delivery on time. However although the flowers received were a beautiful bouquet of red roses, I order a bouquet of summer garden! I have emailed but have not since had a reply which would be courteous. I would use your service again as I like to think it was a one off mistake, easily made.”

“I ordered an orchid bowl to be sent to my sister as a thank you gift. The parcel and contents arrived battered and broken. I contacted Haute straight away to report this and they immediately sent a replacement which arrived a day later in tact. The orchid was beautiful and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend Haute.”

“I thought Haute did a great job, the flowers were well-priced, the ordering was easy, and they arrived on time. My only criticism is that the flowers weren't quite as shown on the website, lacking some variety. I also went for the bigger size, but it still felt a little small.”
