“Service is great and they deliver the product as displayed.. this is just me knit-picking but some of my roses did wither on the edges which is a shame but other then that all great!”

“The basket of orchids looks great - my friends send a photograph of them. Only thing is that they arrived a day later than was promised. I dont know who did the delivery as I live in South Africa and the flowers were to friends in Exeter. Please dont take this up with them as they are grieving and dont know about delivery dates of flowers etc. thanks”

“Was extremely disappointed by service. Delivered day early and said this was in the terms and conditions (in extremely small print obviously) that can be delivered day early to make sure they get there on time! So order day late to get there for the day you want! Not satisfactory solution. Was a groupon deal and felt this was probably why got lesser service because not paying full price. Ordered for specific day for special reason. Would not use again. Would not let me rate you nut it is 1 star.”
