“I purchased with Haute to make use of their advertised next day delivery for some funeral flowers. I paid for 24 hour tracked service. The flowers arrived a day late .... which was no use to me or the recipient. Haute were not interested in partially compensating me in any form. They quoted they COULDNT guarantee next day as they relied on a third party courier! Quite frankly, this is not good enough. They added that they could have guaranteed delivery if I'd have paid extra for the pre 1pm delivery service. When I placed my order this wasn't clearly offered prior to purchase. Be careful if you specifically want a set day delivery!”

“I was really pleased with the simplicity of the website and the selection of flowers. The recipient was very happy with the flowers and let me know they were beautiful, even though they were sent in sympathy so I was not expecting a follow up from them. As such, I am not able to give a very detailed review as given the circumstances I don't want any to ask too much of the recipient. I will definitely use Haute again.”

“Paid for next day delivery buy flowers did not arrive until the following day and spent 1.5 days in transit - not ideal when you are buying them as a gift for someone else! Customer care team advised that in some case in remote areas delivery can take longer than advertised. According to T&Cs Aberdeen is not classified as a remote area though.”

“I sent "sympathy flowers" for which the recipient was very pleased. The only downside was that he had great difficulty in finding who the flowers had come from. I think that messages should be much clearer.”

“Very quick delivery. Ordered at 9pm and the flowers arrived by 10am the next day. Good tracking updates along the way. The flowers were very good, I am told and have opened up lovely since being put in a vase. This is the third bunch I have ordered from Haute and all recipients have been very happy with the quality of the flowers.”
