dismal is the word i would use to describe your service . My partner received dead flowers and no chocolates as ordered. When i called to query I was spoken to so rudely - no apology and just robotic, moronic customer service - very upsetting. You clearly have no ethics as a company. I am still awaiting my refund for the dead flowers . I would never ever use you again. Dispicable.

We had a slight problem with our order but the Haute team were very helpful and responsive. You can't really judge customer service until you've experienced it and on this occassion they were 5 star!

I ordered the flowers online from Australia and the exact bunch arrived safely. The flowers were easy to order and I was notified when the flowers arrived. I thought the bunch was of high quality and good value.

Flowers were nice of that there`s no doubt but the quantity was 100% not as illustrated online for the amount of money paid. The bouquet received was more likely 2/3rds of the advertised bouquet. Haute refunded me £10 after initially saying they would add it to my account which I declined however they disputed my complaint saying that they did not see the problem (even though I sent photos of the advertised bouquet and those received). I definitely wouldn`t pay that amount again as they weren`t worth it.
