“Do not use Haute Flowers if you need next day delivery as they do not actually guarantee next day delivery at all. Despite saying this on their website. They have an exception buried in their terms and conditions which means that they do not guarantee next day delivery and they do not refund if your flowers are delivered late on another day, as mine were.”

“My son bought me some flowers from Haute which arrived in beautiful condition and lasted 2 weels in quite warm weather. I was so impressed that I asked him what company he used as I wanted to send flowers to my sister. They were easy to order, I was sent emails tracking their progress and a predicted delivery slot. Arrived mid delivery slot and my sister was thrilled with them. Thank you for such great service.”
