“Easy to use website, lots of beautiful flowers (and more) to pick from and what is so useful is they state what size has been used in the picture. So many sites display the largest bouquet but quote from the lowest prices but Haute are much more transparent which is brilliant. Recipient is extremely happy with her flowers. They were delivered carefully and looked lovely on opening. I appreciate in some instances you want buds on delivery, but if they are condolence flowers then ideally they should be in bloom upon arrival, and this bouquet definitely was. I can honestly say this will now be my go-to site for ordering for 3 main reasons: quality, transparency, and value.”

Hello Corey, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that some of the flowers arrived early and were damaged. We strive to ensure that all deliveries arrive in perfect condition and on time. I can see that your order was delivered at around 8 am on the chosen date. We do state on the website that we are unable to specify delivery times. I do apologise.
