Hello Corey, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that some of the flowers arrived early and were damaged. We strive to ensure that all deliveries arrive in perfect condition and on time. I can see that your order was delivered at around 8 am on the chosen date. We do state on the website that we are unable to specify delivery times. I do apologise. “I bought this lovely orchid for my late mums carer. She was over the moon & said how lovely the pot was too. She even sent me a photo of it & it still had many buds still to open. She loved it so I am happy. Also it was next day delivery & tracked. Would definitely recommend”
