“I brought these flowers to cheer up a friend who was ill at the time. They arrived the next day after ordering and were a beautiful bouquet. My friend said that the quality was briliant and they looked amazing.”

“Awful customer service. I wouldn’t buy from them again! Bought flowers on next day delivery the flowers arrived after three days the included a bank holiday but the flowers should have arrived before it and once the flowers arrived they were wilting I sent pictures of the flowers and they refused to give me a refund. I had conversation over email for over a period of two days in the end I just had to do a charge back . I would not encourage people to buy from them.”

“The flowers that I sent to my friend were beautiful! She loved them. The website was easy to use. My only complaint was that I got confusing emails from the Royal Post Office, first telling me that the flowers would be delivered after they day they were supposed to arrive, and then a second email saying they were being delivered the next day and she had already recieved them! In any case, I would use Haute Florist again because it all worked out in the end.”
