“I've used Haute several times, and my recipients are always delighted. I can't tell you about the deliveries, as I'm never there (although, on this occasion, I had booked delivery for Easter Saturday; the arrangement was actually delivered on Easter Day itself, so actually better than what I'd booked).”

“I Ordered flowers for my girlfriend’s last day at work … they came a day late and she never got her flowers .. no refund .. I could tell from the tracking they weren’t coming when they were supposed to .. no reply to emails and no refund .. terrible company terrible customer service”
