Very pleased from the initial enquiry through to installation - very friendly and efficient and ran through everything you needed to know and made sure you were happy and confident with the information. The installation took one morning (2 bed house) and they were very friendly and polite and cleared away well after they had finished and ran through the controls/operation of my new boiler. Nice to have peace of mind that the servicing and call outs are included now and I can relax and trust my boiler. Very pleased with HFB and would recommend them to anyone.
