“The quality of this product was excellent but the sizing was strange - the waist was huge but the legs tiny! I had to return.”

“Had issues placing order via website and had to phone to complete which is annoying if you want to place an order over the weekend. I've since learnt that this is because I tried to pay using a saved card. The website could do with improvement. The offers are good however and I like the products. My only disappointment with this product was that all three bottles had leaked quite significantly into the sealed plastic bags ranging from 20 to 50 mls from each. This made all the bottles very sticky despite rinsing them off.”

“I'm a little confused about the insurance I have purchased. I've not got any documents and I can't see them on the website or app as it is a 2020 version?”

“I haven’t had to make any claim yet. I didn’t expect my policy to auto renew so an email to ask if I wished to continue my insurance would of been appreciated. Therefore taking the fee with out my knowledge it was due to leave my account. A renewal email would of been a good idea”

“Unfortunately these were far to big for me. I'm normally a size 12 but the 30 was too big. Seemed ok and not too see through but couldnt trial properly.”

“It is very solid but light to wear. It doesn't have much chest space if you are a lady and is longish at the back so caught on the saddle a bit. That maybe because I am short.”

“I was disappointed with these britches as the grip seat didn’t appear to have much grip. The dots were there but it felt as though it had no silicone on it. Didn’t feel very grippy at all. I could of been wrong once I got in the saddle but didn’t want to risk wearing them then not be able to return so I just sent them back.”
