“So far a little dissatisfied as they said they needed full passport names which I didn’t have to hand at the time of calling so I called back a few days later (after weekend) they said they would normally charge an admin fee for this but on this occasion they would not I would hope so considering it was asked for and to add insult to injury after I spent a long time spelling it over the phone the documents have been emailed to me n the names are incorrectly spelt I have emailed them n it say reply could take up to 5 days but I could call them Hope the vets fees cover is more professional if I ever need it”

“Ridiculously small sizing, size guide is not accurate at all. Really stiff and rigid jodhs. Bought the same size I always buy but couldn’t even get past my knees.”

“I am very pleased with the blouson itself but the delivery method was appalling - the parcel was just thrown on the side of the lane leading to my work place and was soaking wet so the moisture had got inside the parcel. Luckily one of my work colleagues spotted it and brought it into the office or I would never have received it!! Not impressed at all”

“I purchased the 200g field masta and unfortunately after 2 days the seam went and I was told it was fault of my horse rather than a quality issue, after wanting to raise a complaint they reluctantly gave me a replacement so fingers crossed that doesn't have the same issue. I've never tried Masta rugs before so wasn't a great start unfortunately.”

“Hi I was really disappointed, I am usually pleased with your services. I was unlucky enough to order just after the new brexit laws ( I had to pay and extra 30£ in tax) of course this is not your fault and I’m sure that this has upset your organisation, however I would have liked to be warned. To add to my disappointment, I was meant to get a free bobble hat and it was not in the parcel.... I wrote you an email and have got no reply ....”

“I purchased these leggings as I previously purchased the infrared jodhpurs and love them. I wear them for riding, cycling, running. However these leggings are not the same material at all. The leggings are much thinner and less supportive. The fit is the same, with a high waistband, I'm just disappointed with the material, to be honest they're expensive leggings.”

“Products arrive very quickly and are very easy to order. Prices are good. However I had an issue with a product and messaged via Facebook, got told to email which I did and had no reply, even made an account and messaged through the customer service website and had no reply, message again via Facebook and was told it would be looked into and have never had a reply since. What a shame”
