“It’s ok shows route but not pace you done in that bit . But as I want it mostly as my security that is I fall it will contact emergency contact.. it’s ok and 1/3 price every month that I was paying for app worth the money”

“The coat arrived the day after I ordered it. The service is excellent. The coat is lovely and light and warm , I’ve not had opportunity to test its waterproof abilities yet but i have noticed that the fill is coming through the lining. I was isolating over Xmas (when I ordered and received the coat) so have only worn it half a dozen times so far. Would this be usual??”

“Two of the lace eyes broke / came unstitched on the first time of wearing them. Have had to see them back myself as my child needed them as she’d grown out of her others. Only solace is I got them in the sales.”

“Good quick delivery an nice boots but wrong size. Returned an took a week to acknowledge I had returned them then it's says 14 days to refund money! So approx 3 weeks. Ordered boots in right size for a present but left out of pocket over Xmas. Won't be using Harry Hall again will use usual equestrian store”

“I bought these as I needed a pair for showing. They are described as grip seat but unfortunately they are not fit for purpose as they are not grippy at all. I have discussed with Harry hall but they will not refund as I used them. But you cant test them without using them surely. Great for but not as described.”

“The jacket is lovely but the sizing is all wrong. I bought the 9/10 years old and had her name put on it. the size is more like 6/7. If you are buying I suggest you go up one size. Disappointed”

“I have since cancelled my membership as refunds were dire, issues not down to me were never to be fixed, i cancelled my membership as i could get products cheaper elsewhere and had PL through my riding club. They then took the money, the only upside was the nice customer service people I spoke to. Used to be great a few years ago but I have recently noticed their products going down hill. I have riding stuff from a child still going but some products from 12 months ago in tatters already. Sadly not what it used to be so i no longer recommend.”

“A few days after placing my order I didn’t receive a delivery date so contacted Harry Hall to be told the item was out of stock. I was offered the same rug, different colour at a more expensive price. This was promptly delivered.”
