“The rugs i purchased was great. However, I paid for 24 hour delivery and they didn't arrive for 5 days which was too late for when I needed them”

“Firstly, I have to say that I should have noted the measurements of this bag before I purchased it! It looked so big that I thought it would be perfect for all my needs but I was so wrong. It is actually pretty small so I feel that even the sale price was a bit high and certainly wouldn't have bought it for the full price. Actually, there are plenty of bags on the market that are better value for money. All in all though I guess it's ok.”

“The item I ordered did not arrive. Likely lost in the post but when I messaged about this I was not given the option to have the item resent- they cancelled my order and refunded me. Again, great that this was completed without fuss but no comms as to what I would have preferred”

“Wore my new wellingtons on a walk. The right one was comfortable but the left one rubbed the back of my leg where the two parts of the boot meet. Will try wearing thicker socks and hope it improves.”

“Happy with the delivery and ear bonnets. The quarter sheet was very nice but one of the loops snapped whilst I was riding and luckily the sheet fell off. This could have been quite dangerous.”

“The body protector was very thick, stiff and heavy. Also too long in the back for me. It’s a reasonable price and I’m sure does the job but too uncomfortable so it was returned and I’ve kid significantly more for a very comfortable Champion back protector”

“Tye product itself was a repeat purchase ,however t pay £11 postage for wash bags to Northern Ireland is very expensive. These bags where ordered well on advance and With the 5 working days . But arrive late for the event. So I had to pay out more money for postage to get these to the winners. I've asked for my original £11 postage to be refunded to hrlpnwith the extra cist. They said they would , but over a week later still no refund.”

“Bought some yard boots in September arrived great lovely fit nice and warm and as I work with horses thought great no cold feet unfortunately about 2 weeks ago they split on the heel and I now have cold wet feet - ideal if you don't want to wear them 12 hrs a day”
