“The rug seems a good idea...but the neck design lets it down .the neck piece that goes over the ears just falls off ...needs some elastic or something to hold it on..”

“The boots themselves and the material is lovely. My issue was that there is a seam which runs across the front of the boot, just before the toes. This dug in when I walked and was, therefore, uncomfortable so I had to send them back. But delivery was really quick and the return process was also straightforward.”

“Ordered some Bellingham black boots in size 3 but they never arrived. Having phoned Harry Hall twice they just refunded me as they said they had gone to courier but courier said they hadn’t received them so they were missing basically. I know I have had my money back but I wanted the boots really as there are no more available. I would of liked more investigation into my missing boots so quite disappointed.”

“HH's insurance products and services are great, and communication is good when you contact them - but- website shop is poor in both design and functionality and is frequently such a frustrating experience that you just abandon your shop.”

“quite heavy to wear and a bit big i have to wear 2 pairs socks but warm i need to buy some heel insoles as the insole keeps working it way up the back”

“A lot of problems with orders not arriving then returns lost in warehouse. Numerous calls having to be made. Frustrating and anxious time waiting several days for warehouse to see if they had lost one of the two items I returned or not.”

“It’s ok shows route but not pace you done in that bit . But as I want it mostly as my security that is I fall it will contact emergency contact.. it’s ok and 1/3 price every month that I was paying for app worth the money”

“The coat arrived the day after I ordered it. The service is excellent. The coat is lovely and light and warm , I’ve not had opportunity to test its waterproof abilities yet but i have noticed that the fill is coming through the lining. I was isolating over Xmas (when I ordered and received the coat) so have only worn it half a dozen times so far. Would this be usual??”

“Two of the lace eyes broke / came unstitched on the first time of wearing them. Have had to see them back myself as my child needed them as she’d grown out of her others. Only solace is I got them in the sales.”

“Good quick delivery an nice boots but wrong size. Returned an took a week to acknowledge I had returned them then it's says 14 days to refund money! So approx 3 weeks. Ordered boots in right size for a present but left out of pocket over Xmas. Won't be using Harry Hall again will use usual equestrian store”
