“I ordered a size ten which was very small, the 12 is also a neat fit and I’m a size ten. The coat it self I love, however the zip has jammed on the first day and broken. Very disappointing and hoping the company will help...”

“I do not have a small head so ordered a medium, but not sure that would genuinely fit anyone’s head! It’s massive!! Awaiting to try the small so let’s hope that fits”

“After a week’s wear the stitching on the Velcro of both neck cover straps was coming undone, and after two weeks , the straps were gone completely rendering the rug useless. Bought two and after a week the same thing is happening. Not happy”

“Purchased 2 rugs 6.6” and 6.9” both rugs ripped at the chest strap area in exactly the same place . Very disappointed Other rugs purchased have not been used as yet”

“In all honesty pretty disappointed - two lots of the order were missing, was sent a random replacement and not notified that they were either missing or out of stock. Customer service after has been good however.”

“Delivery was supposed to be 2/3 days when top had not turned up in 6 days my husband rang and was told his item was out of stock until the new year. I would get a credit back for the order. This didn't happen and two weeks later the top suddenly is delivered! This was a present for my niece and I had already ordered something else. Not impressed!”

“Sorry I have to give you a poor rating, I received no notification that my renewal was due, just the notice that you had requested the money from my bank account on the day you were taking it. Luckily I had money in the account, but not knowing about my renewal date could have taken me overdrawn.”

“I ordered 6 9 to make sure it fitted as my horse usually has 6 6 rugs. This just fits across the chest so is small for a 6 9 rug. Was waterproof for a couple of weeks and then after a day of light steady rain it was completely soaked through. She hasn't rolled in it at all either, now going to complain to Harry Hall because I will have to reproof it !”
