Uncomfortable & tight around knee, disappointing

Felt it was very misleading, the actual item is very small fits a barbie size toy horse, the rein is just a strap, very dissapointed.

The order was not delivered complete so we have to re order the things out of stock. We had all sorts of difficulty placing the order as they were waiting for a consignment to be booked in so really not very efficient whatsoever. We now have to remember what didnt come in and reorder which with many different items is really very difficult. I would recommend you use a decent piece of sop/e-commerce software!

The ability to pay by card online did not work, unhelpful to my secretary on the phone and we then had to complete the order by phone and pay by card the next day. Then it worked fine with the same card.

Excellent product but not pleased that when I paid for express delivery before pony club camp these were forgotten in the warehouse, I had to chase and they arrived 2 days late!

My score does not reflect the quality of the boots just that they do fit me very well. The right foot boot is very uncomfortable not sure if it’s the boot or my ankle shape. Can’t wear them so had to donate to a friend. Think it’s best to buy boots from somewhere you can try them on first.

The fit and comfort of these were very good however they ripped very easily during first use. I was walking my horse to the field when I felt them rubbing and they had unfortunately ripped. I put it down to maybe loose stitching however the same happened with the second pair so I wouldn’t recommend this product especially if you have yard duties.

My last order was nothing but problematic! One item not even included in order despite being charged for. Another item was sent in duplicate but had different product codes. Yes HH resolved it, over many messages and returns. One product refund was missing and had to be chased. First refund was insufficient amount. Such a mess.

I bought Size 5 yard boots from HH and they were too tight for my Size 5 feet. As I had worn them outside HH would not take them back under their returns policy but suggested I purchase Size 6, and generously offered to waive the shipping fee for my trouble. I declined their offer and bought Woof yard boots (Size 5) instead, which fit perfectly.

Great fly veil but absolutely no use if it isn’t competition legal. As most dressage events run under BD rules you really can’t use this anywhere other than for schooling. The fit is good and it looks very neat and discreet on but the advert is misleading. I tried to cancel my order once I noticed on a Facebook post that I couldn’t use it, this wasn’t possible so I’m sending it back with a thumbs down. Have now scrutinised BD rules!

I don't like them. They dig into my ankle bones something wicked. Unfortunately I've worn them so can't send them back 🙁

Really dissapointed as these look great but I’ve worn them three times just for gentle hacks out and I have holes in the back of them... How it’s even possible is beyond me :(. Sad because they look and feel great but don’t seem to be made for riding or any type of moving - see photos

Ordered a printable gift card but the PDF was sent to me - i.e. I could not print out and send the gift card as I intended. To make things worse, it was Easter Saturday and I could not contact anyone to report the problem until the following Tuesday (after the holiday weekend). If you are going to allow customers to order gift cards online, you should have support available for when things go wrong.

I understand that you may have teathing problems with taking over from the official Pony Club shop but it would be so much easier and a much shorter call if the person I spoke to knew what I was talking about. I did tell her that the book had to be in print as it normally came out in the autumn/beginning of winter to prepare for the Quiz etc but was told not until the middle of Feb. yet it arrived next day. Not a good service as I was feeling a nuisance. The PC shop service was efficient and friendly. Grrr
