Comes up very small and when washed becomes even tighter than purchased. Not what expected from Caldene.

Having great difficulty ordering all the badges we needed as they did not have them all in stock and wanted to charge an extra P&P when the items they didn't have on my order were eventually available. If they are going to take over the Pony Club merchandise they need to make sure they have the stock available and their attitude to their customers is a little more helpful

Order to delivery was good. Return to exchange was good. Return to refund service is poor. I returned my product at the beginning of December and no refund as yet

Bought a size 16 to give me room but couldn’t even pull it together. Ended up giving it to my niece who’s a size 12 🙄

Disappointed with the colour, not the bright blue as shown in the pictures. No sheepskin around saddle as shown on the images on website. Sent back unfortunately.

I ordered a gift before Christmas. I received the confirmation of the transaction and a week later still no parcel , phoned up to be told they have my payment confirmation but the confirmation of the order didn’t go through to them so they had to amend it and send it out which was after Christmas!

Unfortunately my first purchase didnt go as planned with Harry Hall - I had ordered some things to be delivered in time for christmas but the website was a bit funny at checkout - But I recieved an email for my transaction and money had been taken out of my account - the service on facebook was quite prompt which earned the 2 stars and they refunded the money straight away. But overall my experience has left me a bit disappointed as there were purchases there for christmas and I did not doscover that there were no items linked to my transaction until christmas eve when I messaged for an update and that no one had emailed me to notify my that there were no items linked to the transaction

I needed almost 50 achievement badges for our Presentation Evening. You could only supply 20 of them. Disappointed children. Furthermore, I felt that the postage charged was excessive. Branches work hard to generate funds for the children.

Confusion over order received email advising item i ordered out of stock. Black noseband. Also a phone call. I didnt want to upgrade so was advised i would be refunded. I ordered elsewhere i then recieved the item that was out of stock no refund and my other item on way from elsewhere

i only wanted a few achievement t badges for our pony club riders and it was incredibly long winded to find them on your website and order them. There needs to be a list of them all somewhere rather than them all individually put on there

Well on black friday i tried to order some rugs and a bronze membership, I was told by your system that my order hadn't gone through but low and behold two sums of money have gone out of my account and I haven't had an email as order confirmation either.... So at present I am not particularly happy!

I ordered pony club certificates and badges the postage was slow, both orders arrived in the same package and I'd paid two lots of postage and the certificates arrived bent.

Having successfully ordered online in the past, I was very disappointed with how difficult it was to place my latest order. Eventually I had to place the order over the phone. Although this was done successfully, I got the impression that the problems I faced were the norm! I am hoping this will improve in the future

Sorry but I wasn't happy with the customer service on this occasion. I did notify via email and Facebook with regards to an error on the website which meant I paid twice for an item. A shame as I usually love Harry Hall, but I think a review of your ordering system would be recommended. It hasn't put me off though. I will continue to order and recommend - I will just be extra careful when ordering online (and avoid placing an order if the same glitch happens, I will ring instead!) and I will advise my friends to do the same.

Tried to join as gold member , webpage wasn’t accepting card details , order details , contacted via ‘ chat’ resulting in more issues ,eventuall the 4 th attempt was successful
