I recently joined Harry hall insurance while there was a free horse rug on promotion for joining. I understood that the rug had free delivery. I did want it personalised and was happy to pay extra for that but don’t understand why I have not received the horse rug yet and £40 has been taken from bank account? Can Harry Hall please resolve this? . Dissatisfied so not 5 stars. £40 down on free rug that has never arrived!

The products were a true to size. I haven't used the water proof gloves yet but they have much better feel than other ones I have tried on. I would have been much happier though if the checkout process hadn't taken me more than an hour with different error messages and then looked like it had not gone through. After chasing this up the next day I was told it had gone through. However, I half repeated emails all the next day, with my phone constantly pinging to tell me I still had goods in my basket. Which I didn't. Then delivery was much slower than normal. The prices were good but I'm not sure the Black Friday sale is worth the trouble.

I'm not happy really. An item was missing from my order. I have sent two emails and not heard a dicky bird. I would appreciate it if someone could call me please.

The wrong parcel was delivered to me on a date when I had said I would not be in. The right parcel was delivered but again not on the day I had specified. Then the courier company (DPD) did not come to pick up the first parcel at a time I had indicated I would be in.

Terrible experience with the delivery. Failed to deliver on Thursday, Friday, or Monday. Refused to go to my office 2 minutes around the corner. Said they wouldn't leave it 'in a safe place' because this option was not allowed by sender (Harry Hall) but then they left it there anyway. Finally got it on Tuesday. Never left a card explaining their actions, always made me call their customer service (minimum 10 minute wait) to be told what was happening.

Boots look great and are really comfortable. However just back from a dog walk and my heels are wet. Disappointed as I was hoping they were waterproof around the feet at least. Such a shame. Stephanie of Christian Malford Wilts

The smaller of fly rugs ripped after one day. he is still wearing it. But I was disappointed

Placed order and paid. Only to get an email to say they had run out! Surely before payment is taken the item should be allocated?

It is very unlike me to leave a negative review on anything, but I cannot comment on the quality of my items or on my purchase. As I have not yet received my order, had I not contacted the company on numerous occasions then I would have not yet received any emails to update me about my order, which was placed at the end of May. This well exceeds the expected 7-10 working days for delivery. Although I was given an order/tracking number, there has been no way for me to be able to track my order or to see if it has even been despatched yet, as I have no had an email to confirm that it has been. I am understanding of delays, but I ordered from the site almost a month in advance to needing the items, and I still have no idea where my order is. Disappointing.

I initially bought two of he polo belts, BOGOF but a mistake was made and I received 2 of the same colour! So I ring up customer services and a very helpful lady assures me after taking my customer number and details from my order form that it had been logged and if I was to send the second one back, there was plenty in stock to receive the exchange. 1 month later id heard nothing! On following this up I was given an excuse about being short staffed and had a peak in returns. But that long? Really!? I was assured I would get a phone call back with what was happing with my order. A week later, the phone call came saying they were now out of stock of the product I should have been sent 6 weeks ago and it was my fault that the Oder hadn't been sorted cause they couldn't tell who the order belonged to, although hey had clearly managed to figure it out and I had included all the paper work that I was sent with my order number, customer number etc. Smells a bit funny to me! Why not just admit you messed up? So j will never receive the belts. It took another 3 days for a refund to come through. I have ordered from tottie before it it was fine but this? Appalling and not even an apology as it was 'my' fault. Supposedly!
