While the riding boots we ordered are great, the box that they were delivered in was in a poor state. The boots are a gift for our daughter so I am disappointed that box is all split and appears to have some kind of tape wrapped around it. This was my first purchase from Harry Hall, I won't be a returning customer!

The item I ordered was not anything like the colour in the picture on your website and it looked very cheap and nasty. I returned it a week ago and I am still waiting for a refund.

I bought two pairs of breeches. Both pairs have been worn once. One pair is of good quality and as I would expect. The other pair has pulled at the stitching and caused holes before I even sat on a horse. It is disappointing that two identical products differ so much.

The parcel was delivered 2 days later than it was scheduled to arrive. Then when i put the rug on him its very tight snd ribbed within the day.

Item was completely the wrong shape, had to go up at least 2 sizes which was not great for self esteem. Item was not comfortable to walk in nevermind ride in.

I think the descriptions given about items someone is thinking about purchasing should be made more clear, a couple of items I recently purchased were shocking. It has made me decide not to buy anything else as I am worried about what may turn up. If it’s wrong then you have all the hassle of returns. Total waste of money I’ve thrown £44 away.

I bought the 2 pack of riding tights/leggings only worn them about twice never even rode in them And there is holes in them already. Really disappointed as I thought harry hall would have been better quality Don’t know if I could ever trust buying from them again

Hi, I was impressed with the delivery service and being kept in the loop of when my order would arrive. However disappointed that the item doesn't fit. I'm normally a Large or sometimes Extra large depending on the brand, but this item doesn't even come close to fitting :( Upon comparing this to other Large tops I have this doesn't come up anywhere near the correct size. So unfortunately will have to send this back or pass on to someone else :(

I understand that you have had a problem with PayPal but it took the money and did not register the order on your site. When I spoke to customer service they said that they would send the order out if I could send them the PayPal receipt. I did this while still on the phone. I didn’t hear back and still no order showing on my account so I sent another email asking for a response. I received a phone call which basically gave me no information about the timing of delivery and no option to cancel. Included in my order was a rug liner that I needed early last week. Hence why I made the order. Finally yesterday I get an email Thursday nearly 1 week after my original order saying that hopefully my order will be with me Monday. The lack of information and feedback combined with the lack of offer of a refund so I could source it elsewhere or re order through you was a severe let down.

This item was listed as Masta, yet a Cottage Craft item arrived. When I contacted HH I was told ‘it’s more of a rug item so we put it in that section’ I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to advertise something as something it’s not... I didn’t order a Cottage Craft item, so now it’s my inconvenience to return this and order the correct item from elsewhere. Which is annoying but not the end of the world. My horse, however, will have to spent another week without a rug.

The products were of a very poor design and quality, the haynets were of no use to man or beast as they were so small and the string quality very thin. The dressage saddle pads had loops at the top to attach to the saddle which were of no use as you couldn’t t put them either through the d ring or round the girth strap. The material again was very thin.

The boots are warm but are very baggy round the ankle lower leg, so not a great fit.. I will be returning

The saddlecloth is fine but The personalisation is not good! I ordered it in red writing but got pink instead! My daughters outfit is red and white for showcross and we now have pink writing on the numnah! Expected much better from Harry Hall, very disappointed.

Ordered Endurance boots on 9/1/18, they arrived on 11/1/18. Right boot very good but left boot was substandard. Fraying boot lace, the additional material stitched on around the toe did not match the right boot and the rubber toe had a scuff mark. Rang Harry Hall to ask if they were seconds, advised they should be perfect. Returned on 11/1 for replacement. Still waiting for replacement to arrive.

I have purchased the poll guard for my horse and the dog rug and have seen no difference in either the softness in my horses jaw, neck or head or any improvement in my dog. Although the quality and fit of both items is very good
