“I'm sure the rug would have been good, but I was sent the parcel with just a note to say 'out of stock'. I emailed customer services with no direct reply. I had a phone call several days later to say they were packaging my items and it appeared the rug was out of stock. The parcel was already delivered without the rug! Why enable someone to buy something online when that item is not available. Will make me question what I am buying from here now - is it really in stock?”

“Rug arrived with rust - contacted Harry hall but didn’t receive a reply. Was not looking for a refund as the rug was needed and used upon arrival but disappointed in what we received”

“This is a membership you Can not leave at any time so you have to pay what you owe I recommend it if you have a horse 100% but not if you were to loan a horse”

“I bought these to wear in bad weather. Seemed like just what I was looking for. The size 28 was too small so I ordered the 30. I am a very average 10/12 but the 30 kept slipping down and there are no belt loops. The fit seems to be all off. When I rode in them I had to stretch each leg out to get the crutch in the right place once I had got on. This bought the elasticated leg section almost over the top of my boots. I’m pretty sure it’s not me as I am a very standard shape and 5.7 so not that tall or long in the leg. Not comfortable to wear.”

“I purchased this rug which unfortunately leaked, when contacting Harry Hall they seemed quite insulted that I dare say the rug leaked. They refused to replace it, and then ignored further emails. I’ve had these (Masta) rugs before and they have been fine so very disappointed with the rug and service received, when I would’ve been quite happy to exchange it. They also wanted me to send a photo of my soaked horse which unfortunately I wasn’t willing to put my horse through just to prove a point!”

“Very uncomfortable, have blisters on my heels and the side of my feet Not waterproof either. Plus point they keep your feet warm So glad I didn’t pay full price for the them”

“Sent these back they fitted beautifully around the waist but no give in the legs which would make it impossible to get on a horse. Nice quality though”

“Very disappointed with the gold membership. Although the price is very good, because you do not set up a direct debit, and instead Harry hall just take the money out each month, I felt very much out of control. When I tried to end the membership, I sent 2 emails and in the end had to call. Not a great service.”

“The item ordered arrived quickly but unfortunately the rope had a snag in it. I contacted Harry Hall who would not replace it as they said it wouldn’t affect the ropes performance. This was very disappointing for my daughter who spent her Christmas money on the purchase.”

“Riding tights very small for size, material is poor quality, is thick and does not stretch with movement of legs. Not very comfortable to wear. Bought for £25 ( half price ) and not worth the money as very uncomfortable. Would not recommend.”

“Unfortunately although the Luxe saddle cleaner and conditioner was wrapped in bubble wrap the lid wasn't on properly and it had all leaked out. Probably a good product but just had to bin it as was everywhere. Luckily the poll guard I also bought with it was covered up so that's still useable.”

“Sadly didn't help my youngster and actually made him feel worse. The velcro fasteners also came up short. Expensive for a bit of cloth.”
