I'm sure the rug would have been good, but I was sent the parcel with just a note to say 'out of stock'.
I emailed customer services with no direct reply. I had a phone call several days later to say they were packaging my items and it appeared the rug was out of stock. The parcel was already delivered without the rug! Why enable someone to buy something online when that item is not available. Will make me question what I am buying from here now - is it really in stock?
