I purchased this rug which unfortunately leaked, when contacting Harry Hall they seemed quite insulted that I dare say the rug leaked. They refused to replace it, and then ignored further emails. I’ve had these (Masta) rugs before and they have been fine so very disappointed with the rug and service received, when I would’ve been quite happy to exchange it.
They also wanted me to send a photo of my soaked horse which unfortunately I wasn’t willing to put my horse through just to prove a point!
