“Beautiful boots but far to narrow around the calf web site said wide fitting calf’s and they gave measurements but it was out by 3 cm very disappointed”

“Waist - generose, Legs - very snug/tight No idea of warmth - summer or winter. I was looking for a summer jods but OK for colder weather. Inside pockets are a pain !! I do like the colour.”

“Getting really disappointed in the quality of the Masta products i have purchased several items now that have fallen apart with very little use (rugs, boots, saddle clothe even a brush) - cant believe I have that much bad luck????”

“Had issues placing order via website and had to phone to complete which is annoying if you want to place an order over the weekend. I've since learnt that this is because I tried to pay using a saved card. The website could do with improvement. The offers are good however and I like the products. My only disappointment with this product was that all three bottles had leaked quite significantly into the sealed plastic bags ranging from 20 to 50 mls from each. This made all the bottles very sticky despite rinsing them off.”

“I haven’t had to make any claim yet. I didn’t expect my policy to auto renew so an email to ask if I wished to continue my insurance would of been appreciated. Therefore taking the fee with out my knowledge it was due to leave my account. A renewal email would of been a good idea”
