“Not very comfortable to wear”

“a little dissapointed in the size. Ordererd for 12years of age as my grandson is only 9. He is very slight of build and it only just fitted him around the bottom of the jacket. Everywhere else was fine. Wanted him to wear at stables throughout the winter but he will not be able to wear any jumpers underneath as to tight. Would have returned it for larger size but you state if personalised there is no returns.”

“The gloves had a split in the right thumb so I returned them and as yet haven't received the replacements. I did have to contact your customer services team because there wasn't any instructions enclosed with the gloves about returns. The person I spoke to from your customer services team couldn't have been more helpful,”

“Lovely stylish looking gloves, but they had an uncomfortable finger seam that I had to get sewn and re corrected. I tried to contact Harry Hall twice via the website but no one replied! I also rang and they said there was nothing they could do now as I hadn’t contacted them sooner or sent them photos!”

“Although I ordered a pair of black riding tights size 28" online, they were not delivered. I chased the order up by phone a few days later and was told that the product was out of stock. I questioned how I was allowed to order a product not in stock, but no one could tell me how that happened. I was given the option of ordering the product in an alternative colour which I chose to do. I also thought that if I hadn't chased the order I would never have heard anything from Harry Hall.”

“Beautiful fitting rug but the necks are oversized and slip down when they lift their heads so can’t really be used on my show ponies when turned out together as there is no protection again them necking … so old rugs when turned out together otherwise they all have to go in separate fields with is not ideal”
