“Muzzle did not arrive on time, but HH customer service was impressive, swiftly resolving the issue and refunding the postage. Sadly the muzzle broke within 3 hours of use which is a shame as otherwise a good design.”

“I wonder if some of Harry Hall's products are seconds. I have had some good and some bad. I had a turn out rug that was advertised as waterproof which was not. This resulted in exhaustive emails and despite the fact that I really would not have complained about a rug leaking if did not leak. what would have been the point? I have had other rugs over the past few years that have been fine. When ordering, you really need to carefully check the fit and quality, that would be my advice.”

“Polo shirt good quality but sizing incorrect even using their sizing chart. Also found out that this product was available elsewhere cheaper and with more favourable returns conditions. HH expect you to pay postage both ways and charge this to your refund. Spent £15, got about £6 back after fees. Do not recommend HH but product good.”

“I purchased 4 items, 2 of which needed to be returned. The online portal for returns was not working when I first tried on 18/3/24 so I had to telephone. I was told it was a technical fault so I tried again the following day and it still wasn't working. So I telephoned again on 21/3 and eventually the person conceded it wasn't working, despite them being adamant it had worked the previous day. I received an email with instructions to return the parcel and a £5 voucher as a gesture of goodwill. As I had to pay £4.69 to return the parcel, I feel the £5 voucher is of little use as I am unlikely to order again as I am no confident in the returns process. This email also asked me to provide a 'tracking reference' IF I'd used tracking as part of the return process. Anyway, I then received another email asking me to provide a tracking number IF I used 'tracking' as my means of postage, I hadn't so I am now not feeling overly confident that my items will be dealt with efficiently upon receipt by Harry Hall. I did pay for a signature upon receipt of the parcel. I haven't worn any of the items yet to ride in so I am unable to comment on them.”
