“Nice coat, good fit, true to size. Zip a bit dodgy and stitching come undone on bit at end of sleeve after a couple of days wear. No pocket for phone which I thought it had. Could do with more pockets. Otherwise it’s a decent coat.”

“Bought a stable rug for my pony, came early but is far too big. Got it in 4”9 as every other rug in that size fits her perfectly but this rug was far too big in the front and too long. Not really a fault of the site just more the brand. It keeps pulling back and rubbing since it is too big around the neck, pony has started getting sore from it now.”

“The soundproof ear bonnet that I ordered was too small. I have sent it back with a note attached asking for size “full” to be sent to me or if not I would like a refund. I haven’t received confirmation the ear bonnet has been delivered or that I will be receiving a bigger one / refund. I would like to hear from someone please - Charlotte Steele 07513468477”

“Very disappointed with fit of these rugs. Have been very pleased with Masta rugs in past and they have fitted perfectly but these rugs have all the length in the neck and not enough along the spine so there is a 4" gap near tail! There is no adjustment at chest to allow more back length and even the fillet string is not long enough to hold rug back... Hopeless fit. So disappointed. I also bought some gloves which were supposed to be large but are tight on a medium hand.”

“Great looking coat and no doubt would keep me dry but came up on the small size. It’s too tight around the bust area. I’m usually a 14 and have plenty of room for a jumper underneath, but I tried this with a t-shirt and too tight. Unfortunately, as I’m always a 14, I took the labels off before I tried it, so now can’t return. Guess I’ll have to go on a diet 🙄”

“Sizing huge! I ordered a medium as it said would fit a 12-14, I'm a 12 and it was huge, and not practical for riding. Had to return at my expense and now despite HH acknowledging receipt, it's now been over 10 days and still not received the refund (promised in 1-3 days).”
