“delivered on time 70 mtrs laid the same day and it looks great 2 weeks later I cut the grass and it looks amazing I would recommend highly ,also lay the rolls the same way the grass then looks like a carpet .Ray in Ferring”

Our pallet carrier has confirmed that your delivery slot was missed by 30 minutes so we will arrange for a refund of the additional timed delivery service cost. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“Bought a quantity of the Jubilee turf for a new back garden. Beautiful turf - lovely colour and good quality. It went down very well. Extremely pleased with the purchase and a few days on it's looking stunning. HOWEVER, the transport company engaged to deliver this item were a shambolic excuse for an organisation. They were rude, discourteous, totally unhelpful and when an issue arose of their making over the delivery and signing for it washed their hands and abandoned the delivery without signature. It could have been stolen or damaged. The company in question was Anglia Freight based in Eye in Suffolk. If you live in the East Anglia area avoid them at all costs! They have no idea of the meaning of the term customer service.”

“I was very impressed with the website and how easy it was to order the correct amount of turf by using the calculator. This saved any waste of the turf . The delivery was on time and came on a pallet, which was placed nearby by the very helpful driver to the area where the turf was to be laid. I will certainly use this company again . Thanks”

“Had a problem trying to order online when got to the end of the order and pressed accept it just kept returning to the beginning. So I phoned on the Monday to place my order and it was delivered noon on the Tuesday very good quality turf I am very pleased the finished job.”

“Excellent service. Delivery right to the door. The Turf was of superb quality and looks great laid. The Topsoil was clean and easy to handle. Lets hope my turfclaying has done the turf justice and I get a great lawn. Many thanks turfonline. Highly recommended.”

“Ordering process clear and helpful, easy to price up before you buy and simple to use. Paid for delivery before 11am which arrived well in time, driver helpful and professional. Advice on the website was very good for planning, buying, laying and after care. Grass looked healthy and green on delivery and having been laid 5 days ago looks very good. I got the water retaining gel and pre-turf fertiliser which wre easy to use and will hopefully help it to establish and grow on well.”
