“After ordering turf it was delivered as arranged and it great condition. After a week layed it is thriving especially considering the hot temperatures. I would definately buy from TurfOnLine again and highly recommend them”

“Good price, excellent speed of delivery but you guys need to spend a bit more on pallets and wrapping materials as ours arrived broken (or put less turf on more pallets). The delivery drivers pallet truck couldn't lift the pallet because it was bending too much and the mesh couldn't hold the turf together so with the help of the delivery driver we had to unload every roll off one pallet individually which was additional hard work we didn't need before laying it all on the same day. Other than that good service.”

“I have been very impressed with the whole ordering experience through TurfOnline. Not only does the website make it a quick and easy job to find out exactly what you need to know about the different types of grass, it makes ordering etc easy work too! The turf was delivered nice and early and was neatly placed at the front of the house.. Once we began laying the turf we could tell straight away what good quality it was, it looks a lovely lush green and seems very healthy! The turf has now been down almost a week and its looking great!! Overall we are very happy customers and will recommend using TurfOnline to friends and family. :)”

“Never having bought turf before, we were overwhelmed by all the different websites selling online. We chose Turfonline based on the positive reviews and were not disappointed! We picked Jubilee turf and the delivery slot until 2pm, so we were very pleased when the delivery arrived by 10am. There was no problem offloading onto our drive (and in fact into our garage - it was the hottest day of the year so it helped to keep the turf cool until the evening when we laid it). Laying the turf was very easy - we had 14 rolls in all, every one cut to a uniform size and depth and in very good condition. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Turfonline - thanks for such great service!”

“Delivery was as specified and on time at the clients address. The turf was found in excellent condition with very few holes and was an even thickness, making it easy to lay. Results looked superb, client was very pleased.”

“51sm turf delivered on day specified, with 20 min phone notice as requested. Turf looked fresh, roll dimensions were uniform as was the 25mm thickness of earth. Laying, same day, was easy. Good supplier. Stephen - West London”

“Delivered promptly and excellent turf. It was so fresh it still has worms wriggling about! I had quite a bit left over as I had slightly over ordered (and then added the recommended 5% margin) just in case there were a couple of rolls which weren't great. In fact they were all perfect so my caution was unnecessary. New (small) lawn in about 3 hours and complete strangers have stopped to say how great it looks. Delighted with delivery, price and quality so wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

Hello Thomas, astonished to learn that you had dry turf on 2nd September. We have had rain almost every day. Regardless, even if the soil is dry it wouldn't normally affect establishment once laid. Could you forward a picture of your completed lawn so we can offer advise. Thanking you, Angela,
