“The turf was delivered on time. I'd ordered a tub of feed which didn't appear to be with the order and the delivery driver knew nothing about it. I subsequently found the tub beneath a layer of turf on the second pallet I used - therefore it was too late to use it. While the turf was of an excellent quality overall and has taken beautifully, it was not all of a uniform type or shade. There are turfs with thicker darker green blades and others with thinner lighter green blades. I'm no expert but they appear to be different types of grass and after 7 days there's still a pronounced "patchwork effect". I'm sure it will all blend in time and after the first cut will be fine but the "patchwork" result prevents me giving a better score than "Average".”

“Very pleased with the turf, and very happy with the order - arrived on time, in perfect condition. The driver was very efficient and very helpful as access to our house is quite difficult. He did a good job, as they say in the American Mid-West... Would happily use you again.”

“The turf arrived on the specified day and the driver was helpful and courteous. The turf itself was nice and wet and had clearly recently been cut, most of it was a decent standard. My only complaint is that 3 of the 20 rolls I'd ordered were very badly damaged (in many pieces), this may have happened in transit and luckily I'd over ordered and had enough to finish the job. I would use turfonline again. I would have rated them higher but for the damaged rolls.”

“Brilliant! Prompt delivery and a great product! The turf (Jubilee Lawn Turf) looks plush and healthy - much better than the stuff you see on a pallet outside the DIY stores! The ton bag of topsoil was great too - black and rich! The order even came with a booklet with lawn laying instructions and aftercare information! My back garden is transformed - I will be ordering again for my front garden without a doubt! J. Hardy, Bedford.”

“The turf has been down for 1 week now and is coming along quite nicely and will soon need its first cut. However when laying the turf i found a number of them very ragged with thin patches and holes. Also found a large piece of brick in one roll. From a 90 sqm delivery i had to discard at least 10 rolls. As i said im stisfied with the final results but it's a good job i overordered.”

“Just to say,..as someone who has never laid turf,..what a pleasure this was. Turf easily ordered and calculated,..delivery slot booked,..arrived bang on time,..the delivery phoned a while before )really nice touch),..it was unloaded and placed where i needed it. On first inspection the turf looked amazing,..really green,.not dry,...it laid easily,..cut cleanly,...to say im over the moon is an understatement,...i will be needing more,..and will definately be ordering from here,..everyone who has looked at my lawn love it,..thanks to your team there,..and your delivery service,..great guys”
