“Good advice on the website, ordering was simple. Turf was delivered in excellent condition and the grass is lush and even.”

“The delivery was fine and the person who rang up about was wrong however the order was and everything turned out okay was left worth a little more turf than needed but I am sure i can deal with this. the overall result after it has been laid is w=very good”

“Excellent service and quality. Website ordering was straight forward. Turf arrived within the specified timeframe and most importantly was of an extremely high quality - no yellow/dead patches. Laid within 5 hours of delivery and now 1 week on no shrinkage, yellowing, weeds, etc. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again”

“Good quality turf. Nicely cut and rolled and well packaged on the pallet. Good value for money. Only problem was that the pallets were delivered and left in a dangerous place hanging out onto the road by the driver. Apart from that recommended.”

“I was a little disappointed on the day of the delivery of my turf as it was late in arriving. I also had to phone to query why it had not arrived at the allotted time and had not heard from the delivery driver why he was late. However, after a call to the depot and receiving their apology as there had been an issue with the delivery and rebate of £18, the turf was delivered a few hours late. When I saw the quality of the turf I was thrilled with my purchase. It is a week now since I laid the turf and it is a very rich green and growing very well indeed. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to my friends.”

“Very happy with the overall customer service and speed of delivery. My only real concern was that one or two of the turfs were a rather thin on the cut edges and a couple broke up a bit as they were being laid but, as they were only put down a couple of days ago it is too early to comment on how the lawn will look once it has bedded in!”

Hi Ceri, Glad to hear that you are pleased with the service and delivery. The condition of the turf can sometimes be affected by the weather conditions when harvested.
