“I was delighted with the turf. I was informed of delivery time and when it arrived everything was as I expected. We had torrential rain so in many ways perfect for laying. I would have no hesitation in recommending turf on line to everyone.”

“They could improve their customer communication. Had to wait until 4pm for the turfs to arrive and had to ring them to find out where it was. If they could sort their distribution I would have rated them higher as the product itself was excellent when it finally arrived.”

Hi Keith, Thank you for your review. We're so pleased that you found the product to be excellent, I can see that on your order you opted for the "anytime nominated day" delivery option. We do offer pre 2pm and pre 11am for an additional charge. Due to this the AM drops are prioritised by the pallet courier and this means that "anytime - nominated day" are usually on a second run and can be quite late. Unfortunately our hands are somewhat tied as we are currently unable to track orders and provide accurate ETA's on the pallet couriers that we use. Thanking you for the feedback.
