“Delivery on time, albeit from decrepit van badly equipped causing polite driver to struggle. Turf easily laid, but after only 48 hours it's too early to judge success, though so far so good.”

“Quality of turf was good and was delivered at the required time, the only slight issue was that the delivery driver pump truck couldn't handle the weight of the pallet. So we had to off-load turf from the pallet whilst it was still on the lorry. Would recommend.”

“I paid extra for a 8-2 delivery and delivery turns up at 3pm. I called the office at after 2pm and was told driver was in traffic. When driver arrived he said he has had a easy drive and no traffic”

“I needed extra turf to finish off my garden, I was advised I can get the same turf at the local builders merchant nearby. Once the turf was established it was clear that it was not the same. I have contacted turfonline several times and have not had any response, I now need to spend another £350 buying turf that matches.”

“The turf was totally weed free, delivered fresh cut and next day as advertised. I cant find fault with any of ordering procedure or the product delivered. It looks good when it's laid. Brilliant.”

“I ordered 90+ rolls and very happy with quality. Helpful driver arrived within the allocated time frame, just! But was friendly and helpful. Additional items ordered, 2 boxes of seed, were missing from the order but customer services lady was very helpful and credited back within 24hrs. Overall very happy and will be returning in future.”
