“I put in a lot of groundwork to rotovate the subsoil, mix in compost, trod the soil, screeded it, trod, screeded, etc then put down a pre-turf fertiliser. I laid the lawn last autumn and it has matured but still looks as green and healthy as the day it was laid. I've had so many comments and was even asked it it was astroturf! I did plenty of research when choosing a supplier for a quality lanwn at the right price and given the choice again I would use these guys. A1 service and the driver could not have been more helpful. Thank you.”

“I ordered 44m2 of the Jubilee turf. It was delivered on time by a helpful delivery driver who placed the pallet at the rear of my drive, making my life much easier. Was easy to put down and looks fantastic.”

“Uninterested and unprofessional telephone staff. Order taken wrongly so only half of what we needed. Delivery phone call not received as no message left. Second call, first operator again disinterested and when asked if they had a Customer Service Department, said yes , then came back and took details herself. Eventually put through to Leanne who was helpful. Second delivery phoned when on site rather than before, as we are ten minutes away and had asked for half an hours warning. Won't be using this company again, even though the owners are related to my son in law.”

“Super turf but 2 turfs were not quite up to the standard of the rest the edge was very thin had to patch up with another turf witch made me one turf short but would still recommend and would buy again.”

“Not enough information online about TNT Express delivery arrangements - important to know when goods expected and if one has to sign for them and if this includes a Saturday. I phoned the day I placed the order and was told it would be the following day - a Friday. I was advised to leave a note on the door with instructions for delivery if I was to go out. I waited in all day but nothing arrived, it was a bank holiday weekend but I left a telephone message to say the order had not arrived on the Saturday and asked if someone could look into it. I phoned again the following Wednesday. Staff did look into it but it took all day and I phoned again in the afternoon but no news from TNT. I was phoned late in the afternoon and told that TNT had tried to deliver to the property twice but no-one was in! This annoyed me as it was not true. I waited in all day Friday and most of Saturday and left a note on the door with alternative arrangements when I went out on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. No delivery and no card to say anyone had called. After a conversation I accepted the offer of another delivery date of the next day Thursday. I mentioned that my address is a new property built last year and that TNT would have to access via Bilston Street. I waited in all the following day but the delivery never arrived. I phoned again and requested a refund.”

“Turf online were 1st class and the jubilee turf was better then expected unfortunately the haulage company did not come up to the same standards leaving half the turf in there depot but once I contacted turf online they got another pallet delivered the next day even though it was a bank holiday excellent service”

“Really pleased with the quality of the turf delivered - would have given 5 stars but for the fact that the poor soul tasked with making the delivery had to unload nearly 2 ton of turf single handedly and with no handling equipment. I know this keeps the cost down but I think this was totally unreasonable on the driver”
