“I was pleased with the delivery and the quality of the turf and although only 10 days since laying am pleased. There are one of two brown patches but I believe that they will disappear with time.”

“I am so pleased with every element of this order. The delivery man was so helpful, and the grass was easy to lay. It’s taken beautifully and is ready for its first cut at the weekend (which will be a full fortnight but could have been done a few days ago). We had gravel previously and having grass down has made the garden look and feel so much bigger and brighter.”

“Ordered the turf online after checking other turf companies and found the shaded turf and it arrived driver was so helpful and brought pallet as close to house as possible. Laying the turf was easy and the thickness of it was brilliant No ripping it went down quick all the turf had been well watered and was still wet when it arrived so no issues, it’s now one week since lates and the grass has taken and now looks in great condition would recommend the turf”

“Ordering on the website was very simple and easy, we ordered the Jubilee. On the whole it was of reasonably good matted quality. It was a little bit yellow to start and now started to come through. Two or three patches have died off. But I’m hoping that it will come through after lots of watering. Initially it was difficult to get hold of turf line for information at the beginning but I sent an email and got a response in a good time. The phone number was at the bottom of the email and I called up as I prefer to talk to people. We placed the order and all was good on the day when the turf was going to be delivered, I called the customer service line to understand if my delivery was going to be a.m., p.m. I found the lady really rude on the phone. Then I decided to call back and push the transport button. These guys were really supportive and helpful well done to that part of the team . Initially they said ring back at 11 am to find out the delivery time. I did this and then half an hour later my delivery turned up. So why they could not tell me that it was on an early delivery I do not know!!. Overall mostly satisfied apart from the one miserable woman they need to sort her out for her service because it could be a great company my first impressions wasn’t great. Thank you”

“Ordering was very easy, the website was simple to navigate and informative. I received an immediate confirmation. Later I had to update the order which was done with no problems on the phone. Delivery to central London was on time and the turf itself was of excellent quality: freshly cut, moist, packed on a pallet, without a single brown or yellow blade of grass. Superb! I highly recommend Turfonline with 10/10.”
