“Ordered both cottage garden and regular turf, booked delivery date specifically when we were free to lay the turf. It was not delivered, got phone call saying it was delayed. Cottage garden turf arrived next day but no sign of regular turf, no communication so far and not impressed with the service! Wanted the complete order to enable project to be completed at weekend as work full time! This has not happened! Would not use this company again!”

“I was very pleased with the service from Turfonline. The delivery was surprisingly quick and efficiently carried out. Also, the company offers delivery of smaller quantities to individuals at a reasonable price, so I was able to order just one (1000kg)bag of subsoil, which I need for my latest garden project. I would certainly recommend this company to others.”

“Really good quality turf, the delivery driver was really helpful as well. The turf arrived green, the soil damp and the boards and fertiliser all there too. Overall a great service and the turf seems to be taking nicely.”

“Really easy to deal with, friendly, helpful and a good price too. All in all very happy until I got halfway through the pallet of 40 yards that I ordered. Up to then it was going really well, quality was excellent and the rolls were consistent. Sadly I found around 1/2 dozen stips (I'd struggle to call them rolls) of bits and pieces that slowed the job down and made it difficult to finish the job as well as it had started. It felt like they'd been 'tucked away in the middle! No point in complaining when you've got your head down and need to finish.”

“Although their product is good (I bought Sedum matting), their customer service is rubbish. I under-ordered and found myself around 7 square metres short. I wanted to order this at the same rate as my first order as I considered this an extension of that order. Despite several emails, they refused and treated this as a new order, costing me £60 more than necessary. I would not order from them again. 5 stars product, 1 star service.”

“The soil came on time. I ordered low fertility soil for a wildflower meadow, but I have to admit that it looked an awful lot like sharp sand. That is fine - after all, it's meant to have few nutrients and I don't mind, but it was just quite expensive for a bag of sand.”
