“Ordering on the website was very simple and easy, we ordered the Jubilee. On the whole it was of reasonably good matted quality. It was a little bit yellow to start and now started to come through. Two or three patches have died off. But I’m hoping that it will come through after lots of watering. Initially it was difficult to get hold of turf line for information at the beginning but I sent an email and got a response in a good time. The phone number was at the bottom of the email and I called up as I prefer to talk to people. We placed the order and all was good on the day when the turf was going to be delivered, I called the customer service line to understand if my delivery was going to be a.m., p.m. I found the lady really rude on the phone. Then I decided to call back and push the transport button. These guys were really supportive and helpful well done to that part of the team . Initially they said ring back at 11 am to find out the delivery time. I did this and then half an hour later my delivery turned up. So why they could not tell me that it was on an early delivery I do not know!!. Overall mostly satisfied apart from the one miserable woman they need to sort her out for her service because it could be a great company my first impressions wasn’t great. Thank you”

“Ordering was very easy, the website was simple to navigate and informative. I received an immediate confirmation. Later I had to update the order which was done with no problems on the phone. Delivery to central London was on time and the turf itself was of excellent quality: freshly cut, moist, packed on a pallet, without a single brown or yellow blade of grass. Superb! I highly recommend Turfonline with 10/10.”

“The delivery was excellent - arrived before lunch giving me time to lay the turf in the afternoon. The quality of the turf was perfect: luscious green; no holes or torn pieces; strong healthy grass. In fact, such good quality that I didn't need to use any of the spares that I had bought. (I went cautious and ordered 5 roles too much just in case.) Now, nearly 3 weeks later, the turf is growing strongly, has embedded into the ground and is ready for its first trim. I would definitely recommend Turfonline and will use again if I have need.”

“Easy to order, delivered on agreed date. Laid immediately and it looks good. Heavy to handle and time consuming to lay 40 sqm, but well worth the effort. Probably a bit late in the year to lay, but expecting great results next year.”

“Good quality turf however delivery was booked on an 18 ton lorry that couldn’t fit down my road (apparently this was my fault I should of told them the road was small) spoke to staff on the phone, they then tried to charge me £108 to re-deliver the next day after a lot of hassle and many phone calls ended up having to collect the turf myself from the courier”

“Hi Having never used Turf On Line before, was concerned about what I may have received, but after taking the plunge and placing my order I have to say we are at the movement very pleased with what we received, the grass appears of a good grade and the delivery service was fantastic , worth paying the price for the timed delivery slot. My lawn is being watered a lot and it looks like the turf is bedding in well , fingers crossed this continues. It’s a sure thing I will be using Turf On Line again in the future and also recommend to others to try them. I don’t normally write reviews but felt this company deserved one , thank you Great service and at the moment a great product 😎👍👍”
