“Great living roof (sedum) matting on top layer that was rolled on the pallet. Rather less impressed by those underneath, which had clearly suffered from transportation/ being rolled up for too long a time. The matting was laid the next day of delivery, so the marked difference can not be attributed to being left in a state. Disappointing. It was delivered on the day that it had been cut, supposedly. A very marked difference in health of sedum between upper rolls and lower rolls.”

“Easy to use the online tools to work out and order my turf, soil and fertilizer requirements. I was emailed before the delivery date to let me know that the soil type had changed due to stock which I liked. The Jubilee turf arrived well wrapped and healthy. Looks grt and is maintaining its health one week into laying. They don't 5 stars because around 9 or 10 roles where ripped and broken. Some of them actually unusable. Thankfully I over estimated so I had plenty for the area I wanted to cover. I could also used damaged roles to cut and fit around awkward areas. An area for improvement would be - cutters and packers need to take more care not to damage roles when preparing delivery's.”

“I bought the standard turf which was a good price. It arrived within a few days. TBH it was a little yellow when it arrived but once laid it has taken quickly and recovered its colour.”

“Outstanding. It's turned out better than I hoped. I used 'birds and bees' for a pond surround right up to the water's edge. I put down low-fertility soil first (about 10cm deep and extending 10cm beyond the outer edge - back-breaking work!), cut the turf accordingly and watered twice a day during the dry weather. The result is astonishing. Some pretty tired looking areas perked up no end and now, just 4 weeks in, it's in flower and lush. Superb product. And no, I am not an employee or a friend of the family! Just a satisfied customer.”

“Absolutely fantastic turf. Even the landscaper is impressed with how well it has taken in less than a fortnight. We only have one tiny brown patch which is improving every day. We followed all the instructions to the letter and it has certainly paid off. Delivery and advice excellent. Thank you”

“Turf arrived early morning and the delivery driver was extremely helpful bringing it all the way up the drive to the gate. The turf itself was of extremely good quality, laid extremely well and no complaints about a single roll - all were usable.”

“We ordered Jubilee for our lawn and bird and bees floral focus as a meadow edge. We could not be happier with the results. The wildflowers are fantastic with new plants blooming on an almost daily basis. The bees love it and so do we. Thank you ☺️”

“The sedum mat was very good. Ordered a large amount. Unfortunately one at the bottom of the pallet was in bits and I’d say 40% of them were short of 2000m Obviously it’s living mat, not manufactured exact, I understand that. But I needed to make up what I was now missing so I tried to order more (2) at my own expense, I was told I’d have to pay a massive amount just for those few.”

“Very bad quality. The turf was very dry on delivery and no were near the advirtised product. I am very disappointed. I want to remove them and start all over again.”

“Turf was delivered on time and placed in a convenient location as requested. Despite delivery being on a very hot day, the turf arrived in excellent condition and was layed the same day as advised. Used in conjunction with the pre turf fertiliser, the turf has taken really well, has knitted together nicely and three weeks later has just had its first mow. It looks brilliant. I would highly recommend Turf Online to people for quality turf, great value and customer service.”

“We purchased the jubilee turf for our new lawn. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with how gorgeous and lush our new lawn is! We also applied the rapid roots (pre-seed/turfing feed) after we laid it as we forgot to during installation. On day 2, a fox dug up a section but it’s thankfully recovered well. You will see the before photo of what we had and what it looks like now, it’s been laid for nearly 2 weeks. Definitely worth the investment and hard work! We are looking forward to the first cut.”

“I ordered new turf from this site and the whole experience was exceptional. The FAQ's and info on their site is incredibly comprehensive and helpful for those doing it themselves. The quality of the grass is brilliant, been down now for 2 weeks and looks like a professional pitch. Excited to see what it's like after its first cut in a week or so”

“The turf was good. Delivered on the day. However I booked 7.5t truck as access is bad here. It turned up in an 18t. No chance! The driver was very helpful and met us at the main roadside and we unloaded it into our trailer. Not ideal, especially as I had preorganised it. I did write an email but got no response. Also tried many times to call but again no response.”

“I was very impressed with the quality of the turf (Deep green and lush) and service received. My only gripe is that the turf arrived a day early!....lol. If I had received a notification of this I would have been prepared. No harm though as I managed to lay the turf in the evening of delivery and it was still in tact and not discoloured despite laying out in the sun for most of the day. I would definitely use this service again.”
