“The turfs arrived quickly and were in very good condition. I could not believe how many flowers were in the mix as well as the size and vibrancy of the grass. It excelled my expectation and I was very happy with my purchase. The mix was on a thick bed of soil and was very heavy. Once at the spot they were easy to lay and everything sprang up to vibrant life within a day or so. I did not know what to expect from Turfonline but soon realised that I had made an excellent choice in buying my wild meadow turfs from them.”

“My Jubilee turf arrived on time a week ago as requested. All pieces were in excellent condition, making laying the turf hassle free. Now a week later & fortunately after plenty of rain it is looking good. I definitely recommend Turfonline.”

“The turf arrived in good condition and was dropped next to the planting area by the friendly driver. Easy to roll out and has now been in place for two weeks. I bought turf suitable for a shady area as there are a few trees around and it is establishing well and the daisies and clover are starting to open up. Looking forwards to seeing the variety of flowering plants throughout the year.”

“The ordering and delivery was easy to do and arrange. The scotsman doing the delivery was willing to do beyond what I expected. It's a shame, though, that I didn't try to get a timed delivery; worrying that arranging it for "on the day" would mean it arrived far too late in the day to lay (180m2, so not a trivial job) it actually arrived very early the day before. Most laid within 26 hours, but by then almost 20% had turned brown and died. I had slightly over-ordered, so some of the turfs were laid another 24 hours later in another corner of the garden; they were still fine and so I've swapped a few around a week later so it doesn't look quite so bad. It was never going to be a bowling green anyway, so I'll have to live with the rustic look. The moral is: lay it all IMMEDIATELY the turf arrives, and contact TOL if you have any doubts about the quality. Otherwise, as I discovered, you're on your own. The green bits have grown very well so far so there's no way I can fault the quality of the turfs that survive - my mower will need an upgrade!”
