“51sm turf delivered on day specified, with 20 min phone notice as requested. Turf looked fresh, roll dimensions were uniform as was the 25mm thickness of earth. Laying, same day, was easy. Good supplier. Stephen - West London”

“Delivered promptly and excellent turf. It was so fresh it still has worms wriggling about! I had quite a bit left over as I had slightly over ordered (and then added the recommended 5% margin) just in case there were a couple of rolls which weren't great. In fact they were all perfect so my caution was unnecessary. New (small) lawn in about 3 hours and complete strangers have stopped to say how great it looks. Delighted with delivery, price and quality so wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

Hello Thomas, astonished to learn that you had dry turf on 2nd September. We have had rain almost every day. Regardless, even if the soil is dry it wouldn't normally affect establishment once laid. Could you forward a picture of your completed lawn so we can offer advise. Thanking you, Angela,

“Ordered my turf a week in advance and it arrived within the specified time. The rolls were neatly stacked and netted for transport. The driver was friendly and wheeled the pallet down the drive for me. Each roll on the pallet was still damp, so they must have been rolled on the day or the night before at the earliest. Unrolling them on the garden I was very impressed at how full and fresh the grass was (unlike the dried out straggly stuff outside b@q or homebase that's been on a pallet for days). Not a single weed or dandelion was to be found. Once laid and hammered down with a scaffolding board and mallet I gave the lot a good soaking. Only three days on and it's growing well. Overall I'm very impressed.”

“Quick and great service. Excellent quality of the turf. One star down for delivery ... Next day with no problem but the delivery man was very grumpy no hello or whatsoever, moaning under his nose that they not pay him enough as he had some trouble to get the products of his truck. Recommend to change the delivery company. Otherwise great”

“I am very pleased with my purchase, the lawn looks amazing. I was surprised at how much i got (68 metre squared), for so little money. - £250 inc. VAT for the lot with Saturday delivery, one tub of fertiliser and one of autumn/winter feed. It was ordered, delivered and laid within a couple of days. The rolls of turf were 600 X 1500 mm long (approx) - if my memory is right. They were not too heavy to handle and were all perfectly uniform in size and cut squarely. The direction of rolling from the supplier was constant so no light/dark stripes on the lawn were made as i unravelled them all in the same direction. The turf was about 40 - 50 mm thick and held together perfectly during handling and laying. They felt nice and substantial, of good quality and were very easy to lay. The joins were hardly noticeable on the day of laying. Three days on and the joins are barley visible and the grass is flourishing. I can't stop looking out the window to admire it all - I'm glad i did not just buy a big box of seed, sowed it all and crossed my fingers. My garden was a mess for so long and now suddenly it isn't. I bought the cheapest variety and it still looks fantastic. I contemplated getting artificial grass but the real thing was one tenth the price per square metre, looks better and won't restrict rain water drainage. I find cutting grass a pleasant experience, nice to unwind after work, so artificial grass would have been a mistake for me. This has been one of my best purchases this year so far. I would recommend this company. In fact It was my brother in - law who recommended these to me earlier.”
