“We are really happy with the bunk bed we ordered. Jack was great when I contacted customer services, as I'd ordered the wrong colour! He sorted it in no time. And Aimee was very swift in her response when we realised we were missing a peice when assembling the drawer, and had it sent out to us promptly. Great service all round”

“First set of bunk beds became faulty and Happy Beds arranged a pick up and refund and was able to order a new bed which is perfect so far. Aimee Sophie and Chloe provided a great communication”

“Had an issue with our chest of drawers which arrived damaged. Contacted Happy Beds and Aimee was efficient and very prompt in resolving our problem and getting us new, undamaged parts sent to us. “We bought our beautiful pink ottoman bed from happy beds. There was a problem with the bed it arrived damaged. I contacted happy beds and the issue was dealt with promptly and we had a resolution better than what we had asked for. I can't thank Amie enough for everything she has done to sort this out. I'll be more than happy to recommend happy beds. Their customer service is excellent. It's a shame other companies can't take a leaf out of their book. Really really happy with the outcome.”
